Residents observed giant hailstones measuring up to 7 centimeters in certain regions. The Bureau of Meteorology announced that various areas across the state had been affected by significant hail.

Moist weather were predicted to continue along significant areas of the state's eastern regions this next several days as a weather pattern continued to attract humidity against the coast.

Tomorrow was forecast to be the heaviest precipitation period, with continued storm activity expected across different parts of both regions.

Medical authorities cautioned that there was an greater possibility of epidemic thunderstorm asthma across the state's northern country region, specifically given the existing atmospheric conditions.
